anniversaries, etc

2,285 sq ft of rustic log cabin construction
Two fully stocked restrooms
Electricity, heat, water, evaporative cooler is provided at
no extra cost
Seating is available for 50 with 10 tables
Occupancy is 150
It is located near the front of the Square.
Lease options:
$700.00 is for up to- 8 hours (this includes set up time)
There is a $200.00 Cleaning/damage deposit that will be
returned to you
soon after your event
No Alcohol is Allowed

Leasing
There are several leasing opportunities here at Heritage Square.
RETAIL on our main street. We have units 600 sq ft-1200 sq ft which lease at 10.00-12.00 per sq ft. Some units have bath rooms and sinks. All are heated and cooled and have great visibility.
NON-RETAIL. We have units 600 sq ft-1200 sq ft which lease at 8.00-10.00 per sq ft. some units have bath rooms and sinks. All are heated and cooled and have great accessibility.
